Wesley Andrews
Wesley Andrews grew up in Northwest Indiana until moving to Hampton Roads, Virginia in 2003 to assist in a church plant. Wesley has multiple years of experience in music/worship leadership and continues to find it a blessing to lead fellow believers in prayer and praise through song to the only true God here at Foxhill Road Baptist Church. His prayer is that as we gather each Sunday we would truly worship—praising God for who He is and thanking Him for what he has done and what he will do.
Wesley has always loved music ever since he was young and began writing songs/poetry even before he began learning guitar as a 15-year-old. He became a guitar instructor at 17 and eventually learned bass
guitar, drums, and singing as he continued to volunteering in music ministries as well as leading vocationally. He eventually went to school to become a registered nurse and started a band that was able to record one original album and locally travel for about 5 years. He now is a practicing psychiatric nurse practitioner and has been a part of this local church, serving in the music ministry, since 2021.
